WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please note it is against Federal Law to resell hair that has been used, worn, or altered in any way. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders take 3-4 business days to process. All orders are shipped within 5-12 business days after that. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We apologize in advance for any shipping delays that is out of our control.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Bright and Bouncy uses USPS as our shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE TO CARE FOR MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

We recommend using sulfate-free Shampoo. Shampoo in warm water and condition in cold water. For additional information please visit the extensions maintenance section on the menu bar.
